　Diablo laid Rem down on the ground.
「You’re alive, right!?」

　The thing that was monitoring her probably flew away. Was it something like a drone?
　A countermeasure was necessary.
　*Kehoh kehoh……* Rem coughed violently.
　And then, although it was weakened, he was able to hear her usual voice.
「……Thank you very much, Diablo.」

「No, I was late. Sorry.」

　It was Rem’s hand.

「Don’t say something so foolish. The ones who invaded were the bunch from the Empire.」
「……Diablo, if you feel like you’ve sinned, please let me take responsibility for half of it. I mean, we are……」
「Rem……」
　She closed her eyes.
　Mysteriously, he didn’t get bashful or agitated.

　Diablo brought his face close to hers.
