Tail looks similar indeed, but the horns are different, but the eye-colour is similar-ish. And krebskrem is not loli and there is slave choker near the loli.
Either loli is not krebskrem, or loli is krebskrem, or loli is krebskrem from another world and a summoned beast.
Well, if you really want to know, you can shove raws into google translate.
